3. Talent submissions

Submitting an application does not create an agency, employment, partnership or representation relationship and does not guarantee a response, meeting, audition, opportunity or offer of representation.

You confirm that the information you submit is accurate and not misleading, that you have the right to share all uploaded material, and that your submission does not infringe another person’s intellectual-property, privacy or other rights.

Applicants under 18 must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian before submitting personal information or materials.

4. Permission to review materials

You retain ownership of your headshot, CV, showreel, self-tape and other submitted materials. You grant JW Talent Agency a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, copy and internally review those materials for the purposes of assessing your submission, communicating with you and considering suitable representation or opportunities.

5. No guarantee and no professional advice

Website content is provided for general information only. It is not legal, financial, immigration, tax, medical or career advice. The entertainment industry involves uncertainty, and JW Talent Agency does not guarantee bookings, income, auditions, contracts or career outcomes.
